Privacy policy
Short and plain: what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and your rights.
Who is responsible for your data
The party responsible for your data is Digital Heroes (أبطال الحاسوب), Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. Send any request or question about your data to info@digitalheroes.com.sa.
What we collect
If you send the contact form: your name, mobile number, type of business, message, and the page and language you sent it from.
If you tap a WhatsApp button: you move to a chat with us on WhatsApp, which WhatsApp’s own policy covers. If you message us there, we see your number and message and keep them to reply to you. The tap itself tells us nothing about you unless you accept the measurement tools (below).
To protect the form from spam we keep a scrambled fingerprint of your internet (IP) address instead of the address itself. It isn’t fully anonymous: the same address always gives the same code, so we treat it as personal data and use it only to stop spam.
Why we use it
We use the form details to reply to you and prepare an offer that suits you; they reach our team’s inbox. We don’t sell them or share them with anyone for marketing.
The site and email run on a hosting provider we work with, so your data passes through it to keep the service running.
Cookies and measurement tools
The site itself keeps the light or dark mode you picked in your browser.
Right now we don’t use any third-party measurement or ad tools.
How long we keep it
We keep your request for 24 months after we last speak, and delete it sooner if you ask.
The internet-address fingerprint is removed automatically from requests older than 30 days, and the log of send attempts is removed automatically after a day. The form details themselves are kept as described in the first paragraph here.
Your rights
Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law you can ask what we hold about you, get a copy, correct it, ask us to delete it, and withdraw your consent to the measurement tools at any time.
If you are not happy with our reply, you can complain to the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).
Contact us
