How much are your social media packages?
It depends on the package, the platforms and how much content you need. Message us on WhatsApp and we will send a detailed quote, with no commitment.
How do we start? Is there an agreement?
Yes. Phase one starts with signing the agreement, then we prepare the work plan, the brand strategy and the team.
How do payments work?
Payments depend on the package, and we send you the full breakdown in your quote before anything is signed.
Does the quote include VAT?
No. Package prices exclude VAT, and your quote shows it clearly.
What do shoots exclude?
Shoots exclude models, travel costs and work outside working hours. The cinematic ad does include scripting and preparing the location and set.
How do approvals and revisions work?
Every piece goes through review, refinement and proofing before delivery, and the Partnership package has a dedicated review-and-approval step in phase two. The details of revision rounds are agreed with you in the agreement.
Who owns the accounts?
The accounts belong to your brand. We manage them based on your brand identity, and management access is set out in the agreement.
What happens when the package period ends?
After the last phase we either hand the work over or extend together. Your call.
Is the ads budget part of the price?
Yes. The Launch package includes a SAR 6,000 paid-ads budget, and the Partnership package SAR 12,000.
Who shoots and produces the video?
Video and reels are produced in partnership with Maqtoora Studio: photography, video, sound and editing.
Which platforms do you work on?
The Launch package: TikTok, Instagram and Google Business. The Partnership package: X, Instagram, TikTok and Google Business.
